This site may collect information you submit, technical data required to operate the site, and interaction data tied to clicks and calls.

Information collected

When you choose to call, Talvi may log the service category, state, ZIP code you enter, call-click time, and technical metadata needed to measure routing. Talvi does not sell personal information.

How information is used

Information can be used to provide service guidance, determine available routing, measure call-routing performance, improve the site, and monitor fraud or abuse.

Website measurement

Talvi uses a random identifier in this tab's session storage to connect page visits, ZIP checks and call-button clicks. A visit expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record the entry page, source or campaign labels, service, ZIP and outcome, but do not include chat messages in these analytics events. This measurement does not establish that a call connected or generated a payment. The browser tracker does not send events when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.

Third parties

Talvi also uses the Google tag for Google Ads measurement. Google may use cookies to associate website activity with ad interactions. This tag is not loaded when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.

Talvi may use third-party providers for analytics, publishing, call handling, and approved partner routing. When you use a phone-routing option, the call may be handled by an independent service provider or partner platform.
